1. Ensure that the equipment package meets the requirements of moisture, rain, rust, anti-corrosion and anti-vibration, so that the items are safely and timely delivered to the site.

 

2. free for user debugging, testing

The engineer is responsible for the installation, commissioning and testing of field devices. After the equipment is successfully debugged, the supplier shall provide the test results to the user in writing, and the supplier's technical personnel may evacuate the site after obtaining the user's consent.

 

3. regular inspection

Our company will patrol the inspection system as one of the routine maintenance work, that is, the company organizes inspections of the equipment running every six months. The company is mainly engaged in inspection engineering and technical personnel, with the participation of designers. 4. problem handling

Products sold by Guangdong Uniform Robotics Co., Ltd. will be resolved in time if there are quality problems. If you need to go to the site, the surrounding provincial and municipal governments will arrive within 48 hours (within 3 working days in remote areas) after receiving the customer's call. Handling problems on site; users can also consult technical questions through after-sales calls and get clear solutions;

 

5. the warranty period

The product warranty period is one to twelve months. During the warranty period, the supplier will repair and replace the parts and components caused by quality reasons for free. The component cost and travel expenses incurred by the supplier shall be borne by the supplier (except for natural disasters and human damage). ). The purchaser shall provide the supplier's technical personnel with food and accommodation. During the warranty period, the following conditions will be implemented:

(1) Damage caused by man-made or irresistible natural factors;

(2) malfunction or damage caused by improper operation;

(3) Failure or damage due to modification, disassembly, and assembly of the product.

For damages to spare parts during the warranty period, only the cost is charged for the parts provided, and the equipment caused by the human factor of the demand side is damaged. The parts repaired or provided by the supplier are calculated at the cost price. The travel expenses and accommodation expenses of the supplier technician shall be borne by the purchaser.

The above terms of service do not include the tools used for machine cutting. The purchaser may purchase it on its own or at the expense of the supplier, regardless of the warranty period.

In addition to conducting user technical consulting services, the company maintenance center is also responsible for accepting and collecting user complaints and consultation information, ensuring that problems and requirements raised by users can be processed in a timely manner, and tracking and verification of the processing situation. At the same time, the use of user records and records will be established to provide a basis for future product quality improvement. We will continue to work hard and strive to provide customers with the most satisfactory products and services.

 

7. Requirements and recommendations
